Free delivery is available when you spend £70 and over. Standard delivery is £3.95 per order and will be sent fully tracked. Next working day delivery is available for £6.95 per order for orders placed before 3.00pm (excluding weekends and bank holidays). Standard delivery for orders over £60 and next day delivery will be sent by courier on a next day delivery service. The carriers we use are royal mail, DHL or DPD and you will receive automatic emails from the carrier to confirm you tracking reference, and on the day of delivery, the expected time frame for delivery of your parcel.
Saturday delivery is available at an additional fee, see below. Standard delivery is available in the UK and to assist customers to receive their order quickly, any orders £60 and over will be posted by courier on a next day delivery service (select standard delivery at checkout). In order to have your purchases conveniently delivered to a business or a different address, you have the option of providing a delivery address that is different to the billing address during the order process. You may also insert a free gift message if the order is a gift to be sent direct to the recipient. A 5% discount is available for first time customers, enter CODE PURPLE05 at checkout to redeem the offer.
Please make sure that the billing address remains the address that the payment card is registered to otherwise it may delay the order processing.
A copy of the invoice is enclosed in your parcel and will not be sent separately, however if the item is a gift you may insert a different delivery address to the billing address. Add your item(s) to the cart, click on checkout and insert the delivery address and billing address. Then scroll down to the bottom of the page and tick the Gift Message box and insert your gift message. We will print your gift message on a packing sheet without the price showing and insert your message on a free gift tag.

Standard UK shipping usually takes 1 to 3 working days to arrive once your order has been approved and dispatched. Shipping rates are as follows:-

European delivery is not currently available due to the Brexit regulations.
Worldwide Delivery: £47.95 per order for orders less than 2kg.
The maximum size for delivery will be Length + Width + Depth no more than 90cm with no single side longer than 60cm, therefore it will not be possible to post international parcels if they are too heavy or large.
