Finding the products you want you can browse through our products using the menu’s at the top of each page, we have departments for Home Accessories, Kitchen, Dining, Garden, and Gifts which are divided into the various product types, and product brands alternatively you can use the search box at the top of every page, or our advanced search facility.
After you have found a product you would like to purchase you can select your required quantity followed by clicking the “add to shopping bag” button. This will add immediately add this item into your shopping basket. You can then browse and add more products, or at any time review the content of your shopping bag. Once you have finished and wish to purchase the contents of your shopping bag, either return to your bag using the “View” link and click the “Checkout” button or click the “Checkout” link along the left hand side of every page. If you have purchased from us previously and created an account simply login using your email address and password. If you’ve forgotten your password click the “Forgot your password” link and follow the instructions. If this is the first time you’ve purchased from us click either the “Register and Checkout” button or “Checkout” button and enter your personal details including the billing address, if you are paying by credit card your billing address should match the address on your card statement. Once you’ve completed all your details click “Continue”. At this stage you can decide which shipping address to use, and continue.

Paying by Credit/Debit Card. We accept all major credit and debit cards, including VISA, MasterCard, Maestro and Solo(not AMEX). We have partnered with WorldPay to ensure that your transactions are processed securely and reliably. WorldPay is a leader in secure Internet payment processing. You will be temporarily directed to the WorldPay site to provide your credit/debit card details and then redirected back to Purpleholly.co.uk once the transaction has been processed.
Paying Directly – You can pay by direct bank BACS transfer, bank account details are provided during the order processing stage.
Paying by Paypay – You can also pay using Paypal if you so wish; this enables you to pay using AMEX among other means.
You can create a new customer account before or during the purchase process. If you wish to create a customer account before placing an order, click on the “My Account” link at the top of every page and click the “Register” button. Enter all your personal information, including email, required password and billing address. Click continue when all details are completed, you are now a registered customer of Purpleholly.co.uk
If you wish to login to an existing customer account, click on the “My Account” link at the top of every page enter your email address and password and click the “Login” button.
If you’ve forgotten your customer password, click the “My Account” link at the top of every page, click the “Forgot your password” link, enter your email address and click the “Continue” button. An automated email will shortly send your password.
You can view and check the status of any order that you have placed. You can even click the “Repeat Order” link to purchase the same items on a complete order again. From here you can also print additional copies of your order/invoice, along with request a returns number for unwanted/faulty product returns.
You can have multiple shipping addresses logged against your account, here you can add, delete, and alter addresses. During the purchase process you will then be able to select one of the many available shipping addresses, for simplicity you will automatically be allocated a default shipping address.
