We use an independent customer review site to gather customer feedback (currently Feefo an award winning customer review site).  The customer review site act as a data processor on behalf of our business as it is important for us to conduct market research to gather feedback and better understand the customers who buy from us and improve the service we provide for them.  The customer review site will contact you by email after you have made a purchase from us and invite you to leave a review.  The customer review site use your data for customer feedback only and do not share or rent your personal information to other organisations.  You have the right to object to being contacted by the customer review site and should you wish to do so please email us on enquiries@purpleholly.co.uk.  Please bear in mind that if you object this may affect our ability to carry out tasks obtained above for your benefit.
